My Excitement Builds Up as the Uploading Schedule Nears

PERSONAL NOTES:  I was thinking the first upload of my very first novella to be a remarkable one, but due to limited resources I revised my plan of doing it in a simple way. (No, don't get me wrong. The ceremonial uploading of Prince of Nepal is not gonna happen in a meeting room of a luxury hotel in Dallas! Ha ha! I can't afford it. Oh, Lord!)
After my proofreader sent me back the final manuscript and reviewing it for several times, I swear, I'm telling you, there were some chapters that made my eyes teary. Yes, indeed, I'm so biased. It's my novella. I devoted my time and energy writing it with all my heart. But I'm telling you, there were times that I even cried when I reviewed it again and again. Before I did it, I considered myself as a reader, not as an author who penned this. After devoting an incredible amount of time writing it, I swear, I devoted my time with great intention of
giving my readers superb entertainment in my humble ability.
By the way, the uploading might happen in a Starbucks outlet
near my residence in Dallas, Texas. My formatting consultant said
we're going to meet on Wednesday the 29th for  this memorable
task. With all my prayers and wishes Prince of Nepal will be among
the countless novels on Amazon Kindle, Barnes and Noble Nook, Smashwords and more!

AND then, the following week after Prince of Nepal is launched, my second one, the titillating novella entitled Asian Boy will be the next one to be released. As I promised in my previous posts I would reveal the e-book cover of Asian Boy soon. As Miggy (above) is dealing with difficulties with three competing women, questions linger to those who already read the synopsis of Asian Boy. Who among these three women would succeed in the end; the young but tricky widow, the feisty fashionista or the girl next door? You're gonna find out soon, he he.

In my previous post (a few minutes ago, he he) I told you about my plans of reading a short story of a friend of mine on Facebook Patrice Fitzgerald who authored Deep Justice based in Hugh Howey's world of WOOL. But you can do it ahead of me, though.

SYNOPSIS LOUNGE proudly presents...

DEEP JUSTICE

A Silo Story by Patrice Fitzgerald

"Karma has endured twenty-five years underneath the earth. Her path in life—a path she never bargained for—has included marriage to a man she never chose, whose powerful position forces her to hide her memories of the time before.

On the day her son takes as his bride a sweet girl from the Down Deep, an explosion resounds throughout the Silo. Is the anger and frustration of the people spilling over to the long-feared uprising?

As the toxic view of the Outside still lurks on the wallscreen, and the inside erupts in ever more violence, Karma must strike out to protect her family."

Part 3 of the Karma series, DEEP JUSTICE is a 15,000 word short story based in Hugh Howey's world of WOOL, and published with his permission and encouragement.
